Our mission is to drive discovery and connection between exceptional candidates and companies seeking to find diverse talent to drive their company’s performance through the C-suite and the boardroom.  

theBoardlist was founded in 2016 by Sukhinder Singh Cassidy, a leader with 20+ years of experience driving tech companies like StubHub, Google, Yodlee and Amazon and multi-time founder, investor and board director at both public and private companies. Frustrated by the lack of diversity at the leadership levels, Sukhinder created a list of board-ready candidates sourced trusted recommendations from for profit board directors and theBoardlist was born.
