All one-on-one coaching calls with theBoardlist's Talent Team will take place via Zoom. Calls are 30 minutes per session.

We typically advise candidates that board-ready leaders are:
• CEO or Founder of a company with at least $5m+ in annual revenue, OR
• VP level and above at a company with at least $25m+ in annual revenue, OR
• Director level and above at a company with at least $500m+ in annual revenue, OR
• Influencer, thought leader, or domain expert in their industry

Vetted by theBoardlist badge. After your first 1:1 session with the Talent Team, your profile will be marked as "Vetted by theBoardlist," which means our team has confirmed your experience, preferences, and goals. Vetted profiles receive a boost in search results.
Curated Candidate Lists. We reserve spots on our complimentary Curated Candidate Lists (sent to CEOs, VCs, PEs, and search firm partners) for tBL Plus members whose qualifications match the spec provided.
Spotlight + other features. tBL Plus candidates are prioritized to be featured in Spotlight, our email series highlighting exceptional diverse board talent, as well as on social media, for speaking engagements, and for other opportunities on and off theBoardlist.

On-demand access to all event replays is reserved exclusively for tBL Plus.

A recommendation is not a requirement to join tBL Plus; however, all candidates are required to have for-profit board experience or a recommendation from a for-profit board director to be eligible to appear in search results on theBoardlist.
